7 DEGREES / AUTOMATION CLINIC

Find a better way to get the repetitive jobs done.

If your team keeps copying information, chasing updates or building the same report every week, there may be a better way. The Automation Clinic maps one process and gives you a practical plan for improving it.

£495 once, excluding VAT

For the diagnostic and blueprint. Implementation, licences and support are priced separately.

ONE PROCESS / A PRACTICAL BLUEPRINT

See the handoffs.
Find the friction.

Map the journey from a new enquiry to an owned next action. Include the checks, exceptions and people who keep it working.

Demonstration only. This diagram describes a fictional enquiry workflow.

  1. 01CaptureStore a valid enquiry
  2. 02CheckValidate and deduplicate
  3. 03ConnectCreate one CRM record
  4. 04ReviewAssign the next action

If a connection fails, retain the enquiry for manual recovery. A person approves customer-facing follow-up.

A FAMILIAR PROBLEM?

Plenty going on.
A clearer next step.

Best for a repeated process with a clear owner, measurable volume and access to the people who use it. Start with one workflow across up to three systems and two stakeholder voices. Avoid choosing a business-critical process as your first experiment.

  • The same information gets copied between systems.
  • People chase updates that should be easy to find.
  • Reporting takes more effort than the decisions it supports.

THE WORK, DEFINED

What you receive.

Clear outputs and a practical handover. Implementation gets its own scope, price and acceptance criteria.

  1. A 60-minute discovery session about one workflow.
  2. A map of the current process and where time is lost or mistakes creep in.
  3. A recommended workflow covering up to three systems and two stakeholder voices.
  4. An estimate of time savings based on volume, handling time and exception work.
  5. A blueprint and separately scoped implementation proposal.

DEMONSTRATION ONLY / FICTIONAL BUSINESS

FICTIONAL BLUEPRINT / ENQUIRY TO CRM

  1. Trigger: a valid website enquiry is stored.
  2. Capture: name, work email, company, selected service, problem and source.
  3. Check: validate fields; match an existing submission by its stable external ID.
  4. Record: create one CRM enquiry, or retain it in a secure failure queue.
  5. Review: assign an owner and dated next action.
  6. Approve: a person checks any customer-facing follow-up before sending.

Make failures visible.

Retain the last good record. Retry safely using the same external ID. Alert the process owner, keep a manual import route and pause the integration if errors recur. Do not silently discard an enquiry.

Estimate the useful saving.

Illustration: 40 enquiries × 6 minutes saved = 240 minutes. Subtract 60 minutes of review and 30 minutes of exceptions: 150 minutes, or 2.5 hours a month.

These volumes and timings are fictional. Measure your actual workflow before estimating a benefit. No automated customer messages are included.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO HANDOVER

How it works.

01

Map one process

We talk to its owner and users, record volume and handling time and check system access.

02

Find the practical route

We assess integrations, validation, failure handling and whether automation is worthwhile.

03

Take away a blueprint

You receive the recommended workflow and a separately priced build proposal. You can take the plan elsewhere.

CLEAR BOUNDARIES

What’s separate.

The £495 fee does not include a production build, software licences, migration or ongoing support. If automation is not the right answer, we’ll say so.

Price & terms

£495 once, excluding VAT

For the diagnostic and blueprint. Implementation, licences and support are priced separately.

50% to book and 50% at handover, payable within seven days. One consolidated factual correction round within five working days. The brief and required access must be in place before delivery starts.

BEFORE WE START

A few useful answers.

Does £495 include the build?

No. It covers the process review and blueprint. You can ask us to quote for implementation or take the plan elsewhere.

Will it work with our systems?

We check the available integrations and access. Unsupported systems or restricted access may change the recommendation.

Do we have to use AI?

No. A simpler workflow or a standard integration may be the better answer.

How do you estimate the benefit?

We record the current volume and handling time, then estimate the saving after review and exception work.

What about errors?

The blueprint includes validation, failure alerts, ownership and a way to pause or reverse the process. Production testing is scoped with the build.
